Oh, oh no... That is so much harsher than I thought she was going to say... And there's still more to come it would seem... Despite Diana's short comings, and wanting to be neutral in who to root for, Alice really isn't making it easy to be on her side at all now.

Wow, Alice. That's underhanded sabotage. And that's picking at other people's insecurities. Not cool.

Wow, targeting insecurities of the average woman? This was actually an unexpected twist can't believe I haven't seen that one coming (points for you miss Natalie) I guess Alice could qualify as a great antagonist, going to the point of lowness we wouldn't expect her to. However, I can see Diana learning from this experience as a designer: clothes aren't suppose to stand out, but make the wearers feel confident about themselves, that's the casual wear.

Re: What Happened to the Yarn
If those girls have now had second thoughts and are canceling orders, Diana might be cheerful about it and say something pointed about having more time to concentrate on Alice's dress, using wording that really puts Alice on the spot to get stuck with going through with her order.
Re: What Happened to the Yarn
Those stances look like begging. wanting some alterations or more unique looks, maybe? The position Diana has put herself in, it can go either way with the cancellation of orders or with new ideas being desired... Oh, can't wait for tomorrow for the update.

Looks like cancellations to me with some non-direct excuses.

Alice really got her that time. But she may have completely ruined her chances with Louis now that he knows what a !@#$ she is.

Not true, Louis doesn't seem as a person who makes quick conclusions on people's actions and always expects the best of them. Moreover, he doesn't seem as a person who would be easily influenced by other people's opinions, including those close to him (ex. Diana).
One scene I'd like to predict is Diana and Louis back to the drawing board. Diana is furious about Alice. However, he does point out the truth of those words: everyone has their own insecurities and a good outfit must help them overcome them, given that the designer is good at his/her work.

Alice's expression in that last panel is so beautifully drawn but so malicious. The atmosphere is just... It's to-xic, I'm sinkin' un-der~ ...And I just used that line waaay out of context, but whatever
I'm curious to see how Diana is going to deal with this.

Hahaha. I guess so. =P Alice is so very proud of her self for sabotaging Diana's work. But I am really curious to see how this is going to play out. Will this get Diana to not get her hopes up and start listening to other people like her Mom and brother? I doubt it. But some sort of growth is going to take place. Heck. Maybe it'll even happen to Alice. Who knows.

Everyone but, maybe, Louis? He's looking like he might have something positive and helpful to say. Louis seems a very positive kinda person.

They were a crowd of high school girls.
