I think we're going to be switching between past and present.

Re: Louis's Love
Wait, did he dye his fur, or is it a seasonal colouring, or is it just the flashback effect?
Re: Louis's Love
Flashback effect. You might notice its not just Louis' fur, but everything in the panels that has a filter over it.

There is very, very little I find more attractive than helping a woman who knows her crafts. Not physically, but there's something about a woman who is master of her domain who has put the time in to her craft that's incredibly appealing. That look of concentration in the middle panels? That's the one. Why isn't she putting the corner of the pattern up to the corner of the cloth?
Recently had the opportunity to help my wife turn a large bolt of black fabric into something amazing and practical. I got compliments on it from guys who had theirs made by pros. She may have a cottage business in the works.

Diana's very talented, but she's still got a lot of pro tips to learn. I realized after putting the page up that she's not using a cutting board, either ^^; That poor table...
Thank you, DHMIS
Thanks to Don't Hug Me, I'm Scared, I shudder a little whenever I hear or see the term "get creative." Still, seeing those two working their hearts out fills me with joy.

Louis seems similar.
The only question might be if at some point he sees their relationship going further, or to have Diana share in his own interests and goals, while Diana still wants to focus on her work. Which isn't bad, that's just the natural progression of things.

There's gotta be a trope for that, but I can't think of it off the top of my head.

How many clashes over materials has Louis born witness to?

Re: Louis's Love
I like that Brian is being low-key about it, and Louis seems to be taking it well too. Judging by the timing, I think Brian's been there a while and let Dianna get away with things for long enough to finish -one- cloak. Probably he knows approximately when Mom should get home and is saving Dianna AND Louis from a big scene with her.

In today's page, Louis flashes back to his first experience with studio business.

Re: Louis's Love
So, Diana just goes around appropriating whatever she needs? I hope she gets out of that habit soon, or she's going to get a very rude awakening sometime down the road.
