The fact he needed a book bag would indicate he's been borrowing them for a while. This is turning out to be adorable in its own light.

If it were me in this situation "How about I make it up to you... Say dinner tonight at <Insert restaurant name here> I've made reservations ahead of time so we wont have to wait to be seated." Then again I have a confidence that brian at this moment seems to lack.

...Yanno, now that I think of it, some dude keeps borrowing my pencils in AP Physics. So technically I could probably relate more to Dawn in the pencil situation, but... Brian's the one I feel bad for. x3
