Hunter seems to have a cavalier approach to rules and protocols.  His last scrape with Fate involved the Old Couch Fiasco.  Fortunately, the diagonal white stripes, while indicating a no-parking zone, are also indicative of a Loading Zone.  Which, for Hunter's purposes, is precisely what he's doing.  Think of the late Frank Zappa's "The white zone is for loading and unloading only."  If loading was forbidden there as well, the space would have yellow stripes, not white.

Let's hope the tow truck guy knows that. >.>

You did a good job of showing the pavement markings as being partly worn away, Ellen-Natalie!

A bit more painful slapping yourself in the face with that big muzzle in the way, eh, Luke?  Laughing

Video games! Very Happy Does Hunter have Nintendo? But how much time does he have for "more" video games? I recall he has online courses in addition to work, and from my experience, studies alone can be anywhere from a 35-60 hour work week, assuming a full load and some spikes due to midterms/large projects/papers/exams/etc. Is he taking a partial load instead of a full load?

Also, oof, weights. Getting hit in the face with those has got to hurt.

Hunter's video games are divided up into three boxes:

The Nostalgia Box: The console and games he loved playing as a child, and is worried his Mom will get rid of if he doesn't take them.
The Relaxation Box: The console and games he plays now when wanting to de-stress between online classes or jobs. Or just stream movies on.
The Training Box: His version of the console and games his brother loves playing. Hunter practices on these once a week so he can have a fighting chance of keeping up with David when they play together.

That is awesome! Also really sweet that he plays in part for his brother.

Oh, hey Cat. Do you live here?

If they hadn't already known each other, that would be a classic Crash-Into Hello.

I notice a comic book there. Was Cat lost in her reading...again?

Placing the weights on top of the video games box might not be the best idea.

But is it a better idea than parking in a no-parking zone? Question

Well, no wonder Catherine doesn't like people: they tend to crash into her!  Hunter, if you want to make any headway with this pretty kitty, then feed her.  A lot.

I thought this building was females only, what with the built-in exposed vanity sinks, but obviously I'm wrong about that.  How could Catherine's concerned parents allow their daughter to be housed in a unit that isn't gender-segregated?  I'm not wrong about the loading zone, however.  For student housing that size, a loading zone is mandated by law.  Any tow truck operator had better know this, otherwise he's at risk of committing Vehicular Grand Larceny.  That is why the white stripes are there, after all.

Bunny, keep in mind that the FE universe may have different laws than Real Life(tm). It may not be a loading zone at all, or there could be additional qualifiers like how long the vehicle may be left unattended or leaving one or more of the doors open as a show of intent, etc.
