Re: Ice Queen Blog
Oh how I remember these days!
Sadly it took me quite a while to get married after my mission, but I had a trick.
Living far away from Salt lake City, and not going to BYU or any other Utah school I went to my local singles ward.
But all the excitement came when all the guys who DID go to school up there would come back for holidays, and vacations etc.
I was left out because they saw me as just another guy that attended every week.
So just before those dates, I would attend my home ward with my Mom for a month or so up until everyone would return.
Then I could "Cash in" some new guy cred with the real returning boys.
I called it my "Flavor of the month" Ploy. because all the girls would just fawn all over the returning guys LOL!
Sadly I could also have probably been a contemporary of Tom.
Anyway really enjoying this story-line, and can't wait to buy a copy when it comes out!

That is an awesome story. Thanks for sharing!
Re: Ice Queen Blog
My question is, is she hurt? Based on the way she's holding her wrist--I don't know if it's paining her or if it's a nervous tic.
Funny story, something similar...ish...vaguely... happened to me recently. I got hit by a bike because I was being a doofus and not watching sidewalk traffic. Had a similar (ish, vaguely) reaction.
Dude: OMG I'm so sorry you just darted out, are you okay? So sorry--
Me: *gets up gingerly* Yeah, I'm fine. It's ok, I should've been paying attention. *walks away*
A lot of other pedestrians stopped when it happened and stared, kinda an awkward moment.

Re: Ice Queen Blog
I really like the Ice Queen's blue color scheme and overall design. She looks so powerful and beautiful and wintry.

Update on Progress
Eleven pages to finish the comic, then reviewing all 54 files again to triple-check for final edits, then it's time to print!
Thank you guys for being SO patient with this project! It seems as soon as I figure out a schedule for completing this, something happens in its' development to change it again. Actually, that something is usually me. Spending way more time on these pages than I normally do. (Pages on the FE website take approx. 4-6 hours, but pages on Ice Queen I usually spend 6-8 hours on.)
Please be assured everyone who pledged in October will be getting their copies of Ice Queen as soon as they're ready, I'm already planning on using November pledges on Patreon to help pay for expediting the books as quickly as possible for printing. Again, thanks for your continued patience and support. I've loved reading everyone's comments and hearing about excitement for the book when at Furry Unlocked, I truly hope you'll enjoy the completed story.

It's FINISHED! What now?
It's finished! Ice Queen is FINALLY FINISHED!
Updates on how printing and digital copies will be handled has been detailed on Patreon, but basically those who want a purchase a digital copy can by pledging $1 or more this month. Plus, by doing so you'll get access to the entire comic to read online immediately!
Running into some trouble with getting the printer to accept Ice Queen's order, details posted here. But any problem can be fixed with patience and persistence!
Considering this thread was started back in 2013, I want to thank you all for your patience and continued support of this project. Overall, Ice Queen's been a lot of fun to work on, I hope you've enjoying seeing it grow and develop as much as I have.
