Yup, you read the title correctly. The Power Puff Girls are getting a reboot. I am torn about this. On the one hand, it's been off the air for 10 years (oh gods I'm old!). There's definitely some new blood that can be reached. With good writers and proper support the show could be great. On the other hand, it's been off the air for 10 years and still has an established fan base. There are SO many ways this could go wrong and not just alienate the established fans but taint future generations perception of a once groundbreaking show.

Wait. I thought it already got a reboot. It's getting another?

....Aaah. The "new" one that I saw was a special. I do wonder if this reboot will be in that same style. It was very....odd.
