Perhaps not, but the scenario would go something like this: Fleur tracks down the owners of the truck and asks "Do you know what two boys using your vehicle did today?"

I also remember being around Hunter's age and the surge of adrenaline I'd get from thinking "I just blatantly did something and I'm getting away with it" accompanied by that manic grin he's sporting in panel three. Ah, the spirit of youth... and the accompanying learning curve. Laughing

I wonder why, in this case, they didn't just go on to the dump in the first place...  Just too pumped about their sneaky plan to get away with something and not really thinking it through?  (That's my guess. :-))

Because there was a long line ahead of them.

No, better. He's trying to get an apartment at the same ones she lives at (Unless, because these are school ran/cater to college students, they have separate buildings for male and female students... :/)

Holy guacamole! :O They look a little like cow's skulls to me, like you'd find in the desert after the carcass has been picked clean.

Also, MRS. PUDELHUND. Are those two going to be living nearer to the main trio? If Mrs. Pudelhund doesn't rescind her offer of the living space on account of their lateness, that is... or frighten then off. I also am assuming that they're looking at a different building because of this page, and I don't know how far away that building would be.

For some reason I can see that Fleur could have some relation or connection to that landlord.

Great minds think alike. I was thinking the same exact thing. I was saying "Oh ****" for a good minute.

Looks like that five minutes gave Hunter's new apartment to rabbit boy!  On the other hand...
Rabbit boy looks like he just heard the voice of an old enemy from behind him.   Shocked

This is quite ironic how things are going. Fleur is playing the role of karma, and you know what they say about karma....

I find it funny that in my search bar on the browser is the words "i regret nothing". I swear this was unplanned. Laughing

I also get a kick out of Bridger's expression in panel two.
