Thanksgiving Dinner
For all us American type people, what did you have for Thanksgiving dinner?
On Thanksgiving proper, we (ladyfriend and 2 kids) just had mac'n'cheese with ground meat. Not much, really, because we planned on a Sunday meal. So on to that meal! This is all 100% hand made. Nothing was pre-prepared. I'm rather traditionalist that way, I suppose.
Large turkey.
Biscuits.
Mashed potatoes and gravy.
Grean Beans with almonds.
Cranberry sauce.
Fruit salad.
It was a bit of an adventure as our oven element decided to burn out and start arcing an hour and a half into cooking the turkey. Fortunately a friend who was having dinner with us let us finish in her oven. Other than that it was a very enjoyable meal and we stuffed ourselves silly.

Re: Thanksgiving Dinner
Sheesh, I need to post here more often!
My family's dinner was pretty simple, but still delicious!
We had:
Ham
Cranberry Sauce (to go with the Ham)
Sweet Potatoes (yams) covered with Marshmallows
Potatoes and Gravy
Green Beans
Then for dessert we had some pie.
Unlike Latrans, my family's thanksgiving day was adventure-free. My family just got to enjoy a calm, stress-less(?) day.
