A Little Late in the Game

But better late than never. Hello to my fellow Furry Experience fans and readers. I've been following along the webcomics for some time since discovering them. It came to mind when I was seeking out the existence of Mormon furries (since a friend of mine is one of them), and it eventually led me to this pleasant comic. Against the overdone furry scene of dirty artwork and the sad stereotype of furries being sex-crazed, Furry Experience counters all that in a beautiful tasteful story that we need more of in the fandom/lifestyle. Sharing standards with my forementioned Mormon furry friend, this comic makes weekly reading all the more enjoyable for me. I always look forward to what happens next in the storyline.

I've developed a personal attraction to Vikki. In the wild world of nature's instincts, it's a comical spite with her friendship to Ronnie, a fox and a rabbit, the best of friends together. Vikki's three roommates started as a mildly disturbing trio (at least two of them), but now they're quite a good source of comedy with their Molly philosophy, especially in the homemade cookies recipe revealed to be store-bought. I just hope that Vikki can encounter other Mormons who are more agreeable to her company. At least Cat fits the bill well with her balanced attitude of keeping standards while learning to open to the world's perspectives and love her roommates like family. Two other characters who amuse me are Hunter and especially his little brother David. He's a child cosplayer in the most endearing way, even though many of us enjoyed pretending to be other people at that age.

Thank you, Ellen, for your beautiful talent in giving the furry culture a media work that is in good standards, tasteful, and always entertaining.
