My introduction

Hey.

Uh, my name's JeffCvt and I've decided to join this forum.

I never really introduced myself on the last forum I joined, so I figured I'd do so on this one.


I'm not a furry, can't (Or rather don't) draw, am a member of my high school marching band, am a senior right now, and I do write a fan fic for another online comic so I guess writing counts as an interest of mine.

I hope to be an active member of this forum. It seems to be rather nice from the little bit I've seen of it, and I hope you all don't mind my avatar.

Also, congrats on your final year of school! Just one more semester left to go.

And lastly, how'd you hear about Furry Experience? I always like hearing about how new people manage to wander in here.

Oh, I almost forgot! Don't worry about not being a fur. These guys can be pretty forgiving. Heck, they even overlook the fact that I'm not Mormon.

I actually found this comic by following a link in a signature in the other forum I'm on. I've been following for a while, just decided to join the forum today.

Senior year was the best, the unofficial nap time I had mid-day was great. I'm with you on the not being a furry and can't draw, but you got me beat on the writing stuff.

I'm in the drumline in my band. All four years I've played the (Don't laugh) cymbals.

I got put on them my freshman year because I missed summer band camp and they were the easiest to learn quickly.
After that, I just never switched. There were a few times I was going to try, but the situation ended up being better if I stayed on, so I did. (Of my own free will.)

It's been fun and I've actually been one of the most dedicated members of the band. (And the only cymbal player who usually knows the music)

*raises a paw*

Played the alto saxophone for 9 years of marching band (Jr. High, High School, and University). Marching Band is AWESOME.

Heh-at least that wasn't plastic wrap-that stuff's a pain to get off ^^

My band camp memory was the night that the seniors took a 3-man slingshot and launched a flaming pineapple clear down the football field (it cleared nearly 70 yards).

There's a combustible lemon joke in there some where...
