please give me any tips do i have the skills to draw on so i could improve?
same with the webdesigning?

While studying the figure is critical to learning how to draw characters (even furry ones!), I edited in some spoiler tabs to help the forum maintain a 'SFW' rating.

It looks like you've got a good grasp on joints and basic lines-I'd recommend looking in proportions-how all the body parts relate to each other in size. (For example, the width between an average person's shoulder to the center of their chest is the same width as their head.)

On your first sketch, with the blonde headfur, her head and shoulders are the exact same size. However, a full-grown person's shoulders would be twice as wide as their head-if you widened her shoulders, then the upper body would be more proportionate. Knowing how the sizes of body parts relate to each other helps keep a figure looking lifelike.
