Re: FE Page 182
This is actually the first time we have a character explicitly writing on the Whiteboard. Up to now, messages just kind of appeared and deep in the recesses of my twisted psyche I liked to pretend that the Whiteboard was writing on itself while everybody just assumed someone else was doing it.
Of course, this leads me to another question... how does the Whiteboard feel about someone writing on it?

That's not really a twisted psyche, Latrans. Remember Magic Drawing Board from Captain Kangaroo? Same principle.I liked to pretend that the Whiteboard was writing on itself ...
Apparently, no dishes have been washed since Ronnie's father came to visit. This would be understandable in a bachelor flat, but in this one with three females?

Females roommates can be just as thoughtless about housekeeping as males. Believe me, I know.

I'm so glad that our apartment has a dishwasher. I don't know how much less we would do the dishes otherwise.

Re: FE Page 182
This is likely one of those BS stories one hears from co-workers, but it's too funny not to recount.
Little Jim says that he and his wife share household duties. Fair enough. Even with a modern dishwasher, Little Jim disliked doing the dishes.
There are quite a few pets in their home: two rabbits, three cats, a small dog, a parakeet, oodles of fish in two tanks. Little Jim was doing a load of dishes when one of the cats started pawing at him. And this gave Little Jim a wicked idea.
The next day, Little Jim bought a litter box identical to the one already in the house. Jim removed the labels, scuffed it up some, then put the new box in the dishwasher along with the day's load. While the machine went spraying away, Little Jim moved the cats' box to a new location, then disappeared. The wife later checked on the dishwasher, and found the newly-washed dishes still in the racks. Tsk tsk. Then she saw the litter box, assumed the worst, and thereforth absolutely forbade Little Jim from doing dishes. Ever.
Thou shalt not do dishes.
